  • Working in unity through collaboration is fundamental to the architecture and engineering design of buildings. We know that each member of our team brings something to the table, whether it’s in initial concept design, or through the development of detailed drawings. No voice on our team is too small to be heard, nor too big to be silenced. And just as the design is made by many, it belongs to all those who are helping to achieve it.

  • Our focus is to train every member of our team no matter their position. We believe that every member is valuable and is therefore deserving of our time and energy to both train and teach. And because we take training seriously, we routinely schedule CEU accredited lunch n’ learns, inspirational trainings, and firm training topics. In addition, we provide training tailored to an individual’s needs such as software, code, industry standards and more.

    We also know how valuable leadership input is to growth and therefore always strive to take the time for on-the-job teaching and training, explaining the how’s and why’s behind design choices and decisions. We firmly believe that individual personal and professional growth means better team success for our studio.

  • From 8am to 6pm EST our studio is a vibrant bustling group of designers all working in unity to achieve the dreams of our clients. We each work from home offices and collaborate by using constantly improving technologies that enhance the design process but also promote a better and more sustainable work-life balance.

    We also provide opportunities for office training, site visits, client meetings and quarterly in-person team-building activities.

  • All employees are remote but work collaboratively. We are almost completely paperless and organized on the cloud.

    Office and site visits WILL be necessary occasionally and our team members will be expected to perform the duties of designing and drafting using Revit from a home office located within a maximum of 1 hour drive from our headquarters in Athens, GA.
