An adaptive reuse of an old wire factory in Watkinsville, GA was used to create a walkable community with true life and meaning for the local residence of this thriving town. Each space is a unique part of this growing development and ensembleD has had the privilege to help in the design of over 10 unique spaces there in. These spaces all hold distinctive elements of the former wire factory they once were a part of. The type of buildouts includes office spaces, co-working destinations, retail shops, restaurants, wellness & beauty establishments, as well as recreational facilities. Each space has added to the overall community feeling and small-town charm this development is seeking to bring back to the local people of Watkinsville.
